This is handled through WhatsApp and direct conversation, not through a form on the website.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, gnbedrooms.com uses tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and, where applicable, Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand which pages are visited and which ads led you here. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and actions such as clicking a "WhatsApp" or "Quote" button.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes for custom furniture.
• To coordinate production, delivery, and installation of your order.

We run advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Payments

GN Bedrooms does not process card or bank details through this website. Advance payments and balances are arranged directly with you over WhatsApp or in person (for example, via UPI or bank transfer), never through a checkout page on the site. We are not responsible for the security practices of any third-party payment app or bank you choose to use to send us a payment.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as our carpentry/production team, delivery partners, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) as described above, solely to fulfil your order or run our marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry and order details for as long as needed to complete your order, provide after-sales support (such as warranty claims), and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
