These terms govern your use of gnbedrooms.com and any custom furniture order placed with GN Bedrooms ("we", "us", "our"), based in Thane, Maharashtra. By browsing this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

GN Bedrooms designs and builds made-to-order bedroom furniture, including beds, wardrobes, side and bedside tables, dressing tables, and complete bedroom sets. Every piece is customized to the customer's room size, finish, and requirements rather than sold as fixed, ready-made stock.

Quotes and Orders

• Prices, sizes, and finishes shown on the website are indicative starting points, not final quotes. A final price is confirmed only after we discuss your specific requirements, typically over WhatsApp or a call.
• An order is confirmed once you approve a final quote and pay the agreed advance. Until then, no order is binding on either side.
• Because every piece is made to order, minor variations in wood grain, finish tone, and hardware between the website photos and your delivered piece are normal and are not considered defects.

Payments

We do not accept payment through the website. Advances and balance payments are arranged directly with you via WhatsApp, UPI, bank transfer, or in person, as agreed at the time of order. Production begins only after the agreed advance is received. The balance is typically due before or at delivery, as agreed with you in writing (including WhatsApp messages).

Production and Delivery Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. Because each piece is custom-built, timelines can vary based on design complexity, material availability, and order volume. We will keep you updated of any significant delay and agree on next steps with you.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for custom orders are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, and content on gnbedrooms.com belong to GN Bedrooms unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. Reference images you share with us for a custom order remain your property; we use them only to build your piece.

Warranty

Our furniture carries a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering structural and hardware defects arising from workmanship, under normal household use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure, pest infestation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us on WhatsApp with photos and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GN Bedrooms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or furniture. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our business evolves. Continued use of the website or an active order after an update means you accept the revised terms.
